Helps young people look at goals they want to achieve and looking at what their current challenges are and together creating a plan of action.

Some examples of areas covered in coaching sessions:
-       Better sibling relationships
-       Help them reach their full potential whether at school or outside
-       Building resilience so when they are frustrated they can find a way through
-       Increase their self esteem
-       Encourage taking responsibility for disrespectful behaviour whether it is words or
actions and realise the impact they have on others
-       Change their mood from sulks and strops to being nice to the family again!
-       Helping with time management - be organised and on time, remembering home
        tasks, sports kit etc
-       Providing coaching support through divorce

A coach will treat their clients with respect, give limited confidentiality and not give advice.  The teenagers will take 100% responsibility for their own actions or inactions.

Sessions are weekly for 30-60 minutes for each session.  In between support is available on email.

Please call to see if home visits are possible.  Coaching sessions available early evening, Saturdays and over school holidays.
