I don’t get stuck in the drama of the young person’s past
I help young people stop making excuses for their current behaviour and working in partnership we create alternativevehicles for them to get their needs met using a pro social behaviour model and other tools. I see the talents behind current behaviours.
I believe Less excuses + identified talents = more opportunities in life
It is my belief that young people who act out they are behaving in a way which shows that they are wanting to be included in society not excluded (want to belong, be loved, be noticed)
